Brighton is a renovation of an existing home, focused on reworking internal spaces to improve light and flow. The project involved a targeted reconfiguration of the main living areas, introducing a more open and cohesive plan while retaining a calm, understated interior language.
A new kitchen anchors the space, defined by full-height joinery and a substantial stone island that provides both function and presence. Timber flooring, filtered natural light, and carefully integrated detailing contribute to a sense of continuity across the interior.
Portsea is an internal renovation of a golf course–side home, where structural detailing, material upgrades, and landscape interventions work together to elevate the interior. The project involved a complete reconfiguration of the internal staircase, introducing floating stair treads with a steel stringer to form a light, sculptural centrepiece within the home.
New polished floors bring continuity and refinement throughout the interior, while targeted landscaping works and a discreet landscape lift improve access and usability across the site.
This Brighton project is a full-house renovation, extension, and landscape transformation currently under construction, undertaken in collaboration with Hecker & Guthrie and LKA Architects.
The project includes a comprehensive internal reconfiguration with high-end finishes throughout, anchored by a new kitchen and butler’s pantry, extended laundry, and ensuite. Steel-framed doors and windows are a defining feature, bringing strength, light, and architectural clarity to the home.
Externally, the existing garage is being reimagined as a pool house, complemented by a pool extension and integrated landscape works.
Lysterfield is a complete bathroom and balcony renovation, designed to maximise light, outlook, and a sense of quiet luxury. The space is anchored by a freestanding bath and feature floor-mounted spout, positioned to take in uninterrupted 180-degree views across the property.
Full-height glazing blurs the line between interior and exterior, while a floating vanity and open-length shower create a clean, uncluttered aesthetic. Carefully detailed finishes — including a suspended shower head and seamless glass — result in a bathroom that feels both expansive and deeply considered.
Stone Street is a complete home renovation and extension, paired with a comprehensive landscape transformation designed for both everyday living and entertaining.
Internally, the home has been reworked to include two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and an expanded living area defined by a warm timber-lined ceiling.
Externally, the project extends into the landscape with a dedicated outdoor entertaining zone and a basketball court, creating a seamless connection between indoor spaces and outdoor amenity. The result is a cohesive, family-focused home where architecture, interiors, and landscape are brought together with clarity and purpose.
